About Us
Değer Academy is Turkey’s new generation accounting school.
We select young professionals who are aiming for a career in accounting and have 1-2 years of office experience, and we include them in a systematic development process.
We designed the three-year internship period not just as a requirement, but as a transformation process for future professionals. Participants work with companies from different sectors, prepare payrolls, file tax returns, manage registration processes, and handle customer communications.
Our goal is to train financial advisors who are not only knowledgeable in accounting but also highly skilled in consulting, effective in using technology, and committed to ethical values.
Program Structure
1. Initial Stage
2. Applied Development Process (3 Years)
For three years, participants work with accounting data from businesses in various sectors.
Participants take on tasks with progressively increasing levels of difficulty:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Payroll and social security transactions
- Preparing tax returns
- Company incorporation and registration processes
- Responding to customer information requests
Performance tracking, feedback, and mentoring meetings are held regularly throughout this process.
3. Mentoring and Academic Support
Participants receive mentoring from experienced financial advisors.
Monthly workshops, case studies, and training on current legislation provide additional support.
4. Seed Portfolio and Mentor Integration
Academy graduates use the knowledge and experience they have gained to build their own seed portfolios.
This portfolio represents the customer group they can serve digitally through the Üstad platform.
Değer Academy supports its graduates both technically and operationally in their transition to digital consulting through Üstad.
Mentoring and Career Support
